Chandler, AZPay Range: $80,000 plus uncapped commissions and bonuses

Mason Pro Services is seeking experienced Commercial Service Plumbers to join our growing team. In this role, you will work directly in commercial facilities and client businesses to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair plumbing systems while providing high-quality service and reliable solutions.

We are looking for skilled professionals who take pride in their work and enjoy solving complex plumbing issues in commercial environments.

Please note:

This position focuses strictly on service and repair work. We do not perform new construction plumbing.

Required Qualifications Experience in plumbing

Industrial plumbing experience preferred

Ability to perform plumbing work related to tenant improvements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Professional attitude when working with customers and businesses

Estimating experience preferred
