Equipment Share is hiring a Heavy Equipment Shop Technician (Mechanic) at our Chandler, AZ facility. You will oversee maintenance and repair for a variety of customer and company-owned equipment, lead a shop team, and ensure high-quality work on a fast-paced rental fleet.
Expect to manage work orders, diagnose issues, and coordinate with the Service Manager, while maintaining safety and equipment readiness for next-day deliveries.
