The Field Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandler, AZ. This role is responsible for operating industrial cleaning, hydroblasting, and hydrovac excavation equipment at client sites, following all safety protocols and company procedures. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and inspecting equipment, performing tank cleaning and waste handling activities, and assisting with environmental site services. The Field Operator will complete job documentation, communicate with supervisors and crew members, and help maintain a clean and organized work area.

The position requires working in various outdoor and industrial environments, sometimes under demanding conditions, while consistently adhering to compliance and safety standards.

• Experience with industrial equipment operation and basic mechanical aptitude, including safe use of hydroblasting or hydrovac tools.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices, waste handling procedures, and environmental site service operations.
• Strong safety awareness, ability to follow detailed protocols, and commitment to regulatory and site-specific compliance.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with supervisors, crew members, and site personnel.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional nights, weekends, and overtime as projects require.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; CDL and prior industrial or construction experience are beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, HAZWOPER, confined space entry) are a plus.
