• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and other building systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC systems (including air conditioning units), refrigeration units, and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
• Install, replace, or upgrade appliances and mechanical systems in accordance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system performance logs for compliance and future reference.
• Collaborate with team members to lead small maintenance projects or assist with larger construction or renovation efforts when required.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with team members or clients regarding repairs or system status updates.

• Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician with hands‑on , HVAC/R systems repair, refrigeration maintenance, or mechanical systems repair.
• Strong knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, and troubleshooting procedures for complex mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with appliance installation, maintenance, air conditioning units, HVAC system repair, and refrigeration is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to operate equipment repair tools safely and effectively in various settings.
• Background in construction or building maintenance projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) practices along with HVAC & appliance technology is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely.
• Leadership qualities that enable you to guide junior team members or assist in training new staff are advantageous.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
