• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop, focusing on safety, quality and exceptional customer service.
• Perform Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) recalibration using Safelite’s tools and processes.
• Operate Safelite’s tools and technologies, including True Seal®, Ezi‑Wire™, Glass Table System (GTS), work order, customer administration systems, and the handheld Mobile Resource Management (MRM) technology.
• Safely and professionally drive a company van to and from customer locations throughout the workday.
• Communicate with scheduled customers in person, via text, and on the phone; present, promote and sell Safelite promotional items to customers.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Age:
  Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license.
• Safelite Safe Tech™ certification required.
• Ability to operate a Safelite van following all safety, cleanliness policies, traffic laws, and maintaining a safe driving record.
• Flexibility with hours and days trained/worked, as workloads vary.
• Comfort working outside in a variety of weather conditions.
• Professional appearance and willingness to wear personal protective equipment.
• Physical capability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. for short periods, work at elevated heights, and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write and interpret technical directions required.
