Construction Manager/ Foreman, Installation Technician
Our client, a leading commercial mechanical and construction services contractor, is seeking a Sheet Metal General Foreman to join their team. As a Sheet Metal General Foreman, you will be part of the Field Operations team supporting Project Management, Superintendents, and Sheet Metal field crews. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and exceptional organizational skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $45-$50/hr.
What’s the Job?- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of Sheet Metal crews across multiple commercial job sites.
- Review blueprints, specifications, and project plans to ensure quality installations and compliance with project requirements.
- Schedule manpower, materials, equipment, and resources to maintain productivity and meet project deadlines.
- Partner with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and resolve field issues.
- Enforce OSHA standards, company safety policies, and quality control measures while conducting regular job site inspections.
- Minimum 8 years of commercial or industrial sheet metal experience, including at least 3 years in a foreman or leadership role.
- Proven ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously for a large-scale contractor.
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal systems, installation methods, blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
