This role involves working with highly sensitive and precision machines, ensuring efficient installation and de-installation in cleanroom environments.

LocationClient Site (Start at Chandler Site; might be switched to North Phoenix Site)
Training2 weeks mandatory Computer-Based Training at the Client's training center; must be open to up to 6 months of training in Taiwan (TBC)
TravelWhen travel is requested, the Installer team will be deployed to Oregon or Texas for up to 6 weeks at a time. When on assignment, the following guidelines apply:

Schedule:
Mon‑Fri (7am-4pm) - All Expenses paid (Per Diem - $60 /day)
- Extended stay suite accommodation w/ Kitchen
- Free breakfast every morning
- Rental car is also paid
- May return to Phoenix on the weekend. (Not paid)
Must be okay with the training and the Chandler Site schedule, and open to switching to the North Phoenix Site schedule if we were to switch sites.
- Training Period:
Monday - Friday 8A-5P (for the first two weeks) - North Phoenix Site
Schedule:
7A-7P Sun‑Tue OR Thu‑Sat (rotating Wednesday) - 12‑hour shift (3/4/3 schedule). - Chandler Site
Schedule:
3 days on / 3 days off (12‑hour shifts)
- Perform pre-installation, installation, and de-installation of highly sensitive semiconductor equipment in cleanroom environments.
- Follow instructions from Project Managers, Lead Engineers, or On-Site Supervisors.
- Deliver projects in a timely manner according to customer specifications.
- Identify and elevate discrepancies, issues, or technical challenges during installation.
- Work at heights (ladders, MEWP) and in confined spaces when required.
- Complete proof-of-delivery (POD) documentation and work reports as required.
- Collaborate with vendors and site personnel during pre-install and demo works.
- Be flexible with schedule changes and compensated overtime when necessary.
- Support cleanroom compliance and 5S standards.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate Degree in a technical field or technical certification preferred.
- Prior mechanical installation or de-installation experience (semiconductor experience not required).
- Military background, trade school, or hands‑on mechanical training is a plus.
- Comfortable working in cleanroom environments for extended periods.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills required (advanced skills required for supervisory track).
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
- Willingness to travel locally, regionally, and potentially overseas.
