Our successful team-based commercial and industrial painting company is seeking painters of all levels for the Seattle area.

• Masking
• Brush/Roll
• Spraying
• Sandblasting
• Installing industrial coatings

Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum age: at least 18 years old.
• Educational background: a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Physical fitness: ability to climb ladders, lift tools and equipment, and work in indoor and outdoor environments.
• Basic skills:
  
  proficiency in basic math and communication for measuring, mixing materials, and coordinating with team members.
• Safety awareness: OSHA 10 certification required or will be provided early in the program.
• Commitment to learning: apprenticeship combines 144 classroom hours per year with on‑job training; requires strong work ethic and eagerness to develop new skills.
