$24–$28/hour DOE | Company Truck | Benefits | Full-Time

Are you the person everyone calls when something on a job needs to be figured out, fixed or finished?

Unique Landscapes & Custom Pools is looking for an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team.

We're not looking for someone who specializes in just one thing. We build virtually everything outside, and we're looking for a hands-on problem solver with experience across pools, landscaping and general outdoor construction.

This is not a pool-cleaning route and it's not primarily heavy labor.

Your days will vary. You may be troubleshooting an irrigation problem, repairing pavers, replacing plants, completing a construction punch list, handling a minor warranty repair, cleaning up final details or getting a project ready for customer turnover.

• Complete punch-list, warranty and project closeout work
• Troubleshoot and solve field problems
• Perform minor irrigation, landscape, paver and hardscape repairs
• Handle miscellaneous repairs and finish work on pool and landscape projects
• Plant or replace trees, shrubs and landscape materials
• Complete jobsite cleanup and final-detail work
• Work independently and occasionally direct a helper when needed
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and our internal team

• Broad hands-on pool, landscape or construction experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Experience with irrigation, landscaping, pavers/hardscape and general repairs
• Comfortable using common hand and power tools
• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Dependable, organized and able to work independently
• Good communication and customer-service skills
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to report to our Chandler headquarters each workday
