The Appliance Repair Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandler, AZ. This position is responsible for diagnosing appliance issues, performing repairs, and conducting routine maintenance on a variety of residential and commercial appliances. Day-to-day tasks include traveling to customer locations, assessing equipment performance, identifying parts and tools needed, and completing work orders accurately and efficiently. The technician will explain repair findings and options to customers, provide clear estimates, and ensure that each service call meets company standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols, and keeping up-to-date with product changes and repair techniques.

• Strong technical skills in Appliance Repair and Equipment Maintenance, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting, including identifying root causes, assessing component failures, and selecting appropriate repair solutions.
• Commitment to Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on professional service, reliability, and respectful interactions at customer sites.
• Effective Communication skills to explain repair processes, timelines, and safety information clearly to customers and team members.
• Previous experience as an appliance technician or related maintenance role preferred; relevant certifications or vocational training are a plus.
• Ability to use hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and manufacturer resources safely and correctly.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and ability to travel locally between service appointments.
• Capacity to work independently, manage time well, and complete documentation accurately using company systems.
• Physical ability to lift and maneuver appliances and parts in accordance with safety guidelines.
