Our Asbestos Abatement Supervisors play a pivotal role in overseeing environmental projects. They lead crews and provide guidance to lead technicians, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
Job SummaryAs an Asbestos Abatement Supervisor, you will oversee crew members engaged in asbestos, mold, lead, and hazardous waste removals. You will manage job setup and quality control while adhering to company procedures.
Qualifications And Requirements- A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record
- 3-5 years of experience in Asbestos, Lead, and Mold abatement
- Ability to wear a respirator (environmental physical clearance)
- Effective communication skills
- Preferred bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish
- Experience in crew supervision and hazardous materials handling
The role involves working around machinery and equipment, often in dirty, dusty, and noisy conditions. You'll be exposed to uneven ground and surfaces with hazardous substances. The role requires the handling of hazardous materials and the use of personal protective equipment. Frequent travel is part of the job, with accommodations available as needed.
