Dry Etch Maintenance Technician

Randstad is currently working with a Semiconductor Manufacturing company in Chandler, AZ. They are looking to add experienced Dry Etch Semiconductor Maintenance Technicians at their facility. This is a Direct Hire position with our client.

• 3-5 years of Semiconductor Equipment Maintenance experience.
• Mechanical and electronic skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Abilityto interpret electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings
• Problem-solving ability, project management skills in a manufacturing environment.
• Candidates must be able to stand/walk up to 12 hours per shift

salary: $72,800 - $83,200 per year

• Responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in the Fabrication Metals/Etch equipment area.
• Troubleshooting and repair of electrical and electronic systems, pneumatic, vacuum, and mechanical systems, scheduled maintenance, consumable changes, and various other activities relevant to the success of the area.
• Solid understanding of SPC, 5s, FDC systems, and demonstrating problem solving skills.
• The position requires the ability to interface with other internal and external groups to ensure all safety, performance, and reliability requirements are satisfied.
• The desired candidate will be required to complete documentation and train others.
• Required to effectively communicate using written and verbal skills, stand for long periods of time (up to 12 hours), and be physically able to perform required tasks which may include stooping, crawling in confined spaces, and lift/carry objects up to 50 pounds.
