With a ‘One Team’ mentality, you will perform services as assigned while following Puro Clean® production guidelines. Working to ensure all customer needs are met in a kind and sympathetic way, our project technicians assist their teams and supervisors with all aspects of restoration work on residential and commercial jobsites, as well as maintain vehicles, equipment, and assets of the business.

• Perform disaster response, emergency mitigation, water extraction, structural drying, demolition, fire restoration, mold remediation, and biohazard cleanup
• Set up, monitor, and remove drying and restoration equipment
• Perform moisture mapping and document job progress
• Remove affected drywall, carpet, flooring, insulation, and other materials as needed
• Assist with pack-outs and handling customer belongings
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with customers
• Maintain clean, organized jobsites, vehicles, equipment, and shop areas
• Follow company procedures and safety standards
• Participate in the after-hours/weekend on-call rotation
• Work closely with supervisors and other technicians to complete projects efficiently

• High school diploma or GED
  Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
  Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and perform physically demanding work
  Comfortable working on ladders, in confined spaces, and in varying temperatures
  
  Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills
  Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
  Restoration experience preferred, but not required
  
  IICRC certifications, including WRT and/or ASD, preferred but not required
