Lead .NET Developer ONSITE daily in Chandler, Arizona with some travel to Mesa, AZ. Perm role with benefits. No visa sponsorship unfortunately.

Total Compensation: $140,000–$160,000 annually, plus benefits designed to support your health, well-being, and professional growth.

Our client is a leading health solutions and care delivery organization. We are seeking a Lead .NET Developer to drive the day-to-day design, development, and testing efforts while serving as a subject matter expert across both business logic and user interface components.

This position requires on-site work at our client’s office in Chandler, Arizona, with potential travel of up to 50% based on project needs.

• Lead day-to-day development and testing of assigned application layer in .NET and C#.
• Lead technical team to deliver high-quality code, provide guidance on best practices, and ensure alignment with architectural standards.
• Collaborate on design and implementation based on architectural diagrams.
• Conduct code reviews and validate logic and performance.
• Develop prototypes and working solutions based on defined architecture.

• Proficient in C# and .NET 9 or higher
• Proven experience leading development teams and projects
• Hands-on experience with SOA-based application development
• Kafka Messaging Queue and MQTT
• Experience designing and implementing high-performance services using gRPC
• Familiar with OIDC/OAuth 2.0
• Proficient in Docker and Open Telemetry
• Ability to interpret and implement from software architecture diagrams
• Experience with Graph and Vector databases
