  • Establish standards for UI performance optimization, accessibility compliance (WCAG), and best practices for operability.
  • Drive front‑end testing strategy, including unit/component tests, functional end‑to‑end tests, and CI/CD quality gates.
  • Instrument UI telemetry to gather user journey insights, error monitoring, and client‑side performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with backend/BFF teams on API contracts and UI workflow enhancements.
  • Guide, mentor, and review engineering teams to uphold front‑end standards and improve team practices.
  • Ensure secure UX patterns for privileged operations, including confirmations, approvals, and audit‑friendly flows.
Requirements
  • Experience in front‑end development.
  • Experience in building responsive web applications using modern JavaScript/Type Script.
  • Expertise with at least one enterprise‑grade UI framework (React strongly preferred; Angular/Vue acceptable).
  • Proven experience designing, scaling, and maintaining a component library or design system.
  • Strong understanding of persona‑based UX patterns, role‑based navigation, and workflow‑driven UI.
  • Solid experience with front‑end performance optimization techniques and Core Web Vitals concepts.
  • Hands‑on experience with front‑end testing frameworks, automating quality gates, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency in Git, code review processes, and collaborative development workflows.
  • Experience instrumenting UI telemetry for analytics, error monitoring, and performance insights.
  • Familiarity with BFF patterns, API contract collaboration, and optimizing UI workflows.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and enterprise usability best practices.
  • Experience with micro‑frontend or modular UI architectures is a plus.
  • Ability to guide and mentor engineering teams and communicate technical standards effectively.
Preferred, but not required
  • Experience with advanced telemetry instrumentation for journey analytics and client‑side tracing.
  • Familiarity with secure UX design patterns for privileged operations.
  • Experience working within enterprise‑scale environments with strict usability and security requirements.
Benefits
  • A highly competitive compensation and benefits package.
  • A multinational organization with 60 offices in 20 countries and the possibility to work abroad.
  • 10 days of paid annual leave (plus sick leave and national holidays).
  • Maternity & paternity leave plans.
