We are seeking an experienced and innovative Java Full Stack Developer to lead our development team in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting‑edge applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Java backend development and modern frontend frameworks, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise‑level software solutions in a cloud‑native environment. Candidate will play a critical role in shaping our architecture, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring quality standards.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Chandler, AZ is $90k - $100k/year & benefits (see below).

• Design, develop, and maintain Java applications
• Build and consume RESTful and SOAP APIs
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define integration requirements
• Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code
• Perform unit testing and debugging of applications
• Participate in code reviews and Agile development processes
• Ensure the security and performance of applications
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Hands‑on experience in Java full‑stack development.
• Extensive experience with Java 21 and core Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Webflux, Security, Batch, Cloud).
• Proven expertise in designing and developing RESTful services and integrating with various databases:
  Oracle, Mongo
  
  DB, Elasticsearch.
• Experience working with messaging platforms like Apache Kafka and service communication protocols such as REST and gRPC.
• Solid understanding of Dev Ops tools:
  Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud and infrastructure platforms, particularly Red Hat Open Shift.
• Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace and Log Scale.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
