Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) - Customer Facing Software & AI
About the Role
Are you a hands-on Software Engineer who loves solving complex problems and delivering measurable impacts for clients? As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you'll work directly with strategic customers to design, build, and deploy innovative software and AI solutions. You will act as the technical face of our company, bridging the gap between deep technical engineering and customer-centric business value.
What You'll Do
- Solution Architecture: Lead architecture and design decisions for end-to-end solutions spanning backend, frontend, data pipelines, and AI/ML models.
- Production Engineering: Develop production-grade applications that transform data into actionable insights for enterprise users.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with client teams-from Engineers to Executives-to deeply understand their unique business challenges.
- Framework &
Collaboration:
Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery while contributing to reusable frameworks and best engineering practices.
What We're Looking For
- Full-Stack Engineering: Strong software engineering skills across backend, frontend, and system integration.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, SQL, Java/Scala, JavaScript/Type Script, and modern frameworks.
- AI & Data
Experience:
Experience designing, building, and deploying production applications with data and AI/ML components. - Modern Tooling: Familiarity with integrating AI APIs and leveraging AI-assisted development tools.
- Client-Facing Impact: Proven ability to deliver technical solutions that drive measurable outcomes for enterprise clients.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders.
- Mindset: Extreme curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine passion for learning new technologies.
