Python Developer; Documentation

Job Description

The Python Developer will be responsible for designing, architecting, and guiding the development of backend platforms and API services that power the enterprise Cutover capability. Python Developer (Documentation) will be responsible for gathering and documenting APIs, Service Now transition, worfklow integrations and organizing within Sharepoint and flowcharts. This role supports large-scale infrastructure upgrades, architectural transitions, and complex design changes by enabling reliable, automation-driven Cutover execution.

The position requires deep expertise in Python, distributed system design, API frameworks, and event-driven backend services. As a key technical leader, the Python Developer will work closely with business stakeholders, Cutover and automation teams, UI engineers, and Dev Ops groups to deliver seamless, end-to-end Cutover solutions—from design and integration through controlled production execution.

• 5+ years of Python development experience
• 5+ years architecting and developing backend APIs/services using Flask, Gunicorn, and production-grade Python frameworks
• Experience documenting technical processes and workflows
• Experience building out flowcharts and documentation within Sharepoint; experience creating flowcharts using Figma
