Job Title: Lead .NET Developer

Location: Chandler, Arizona, 100% onsite

Job Overview: Our client is a leading health solutions and care delivery organization. We are seeking a Lead .NET Developer to drive the day-to-day design, development, and testing efforts while serving as a subject matter expert across both business logic and user interface components. This person will lead a new technical team building two systems related to manufacturing automation in prescription management.

This position requires on-site work at our client’s office in Chandler, Arizona, with potential travel of up to 50% to Mesa during testing phases, based on project needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day development and testing of assigned application layer.
• Collaborate on design and implementation based on architectural diagrams.
• Conduct code reviews and validate logic and performance.
• Develop prototypes and working solutions based on defined architecture.
• Lead a team of developers, serve as the technical lead and mentor, work closely with the architect

Requirements:

• Proficient in C# and .NET 9 or higher
• Experience as a technical lead, leading software development projects
• Experience with Graph and Vector databases
• Kafka Messaging Queue and MQTT
• gRPC, REST, and GraphQL APIs
• Familiar with OIDC/OAuth 2.0
• Semantic Kernel experience
• Proficient in Docker and Open Telemetry
• Ability to interpret and implement from software architecture diagrams
