We are seeking a talented Salesforce Developer with a passion for higher education to join our team. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing custom Salesforce solutions tailored to the unique needs of colleges and universities.

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Develop Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and other Salesforce configurations.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications using APIs and middleware.
• Perform data migrations and transformations to populate Salesforce data.
• Optimize Salesforce performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other team members to deliver successful projects.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, but not required depending on skills and experience.
• Salesforce Developer certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component Framework, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience with integration platforms such as Mule Soft, Informatica, Jitterbit, Boomi, etc.
• Knowledge of data migration tools and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience with Salesforce Education Cloud.
• Knowledge of higher education industry standards and regulations (FERPA).
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with Salesforce testing and deployment tools.
• Experience with Dev Ops and testing automation tools.
• Experience working as a Full Stack developer.
