** Role Overview The Global Technology Service Management function is a new team chartered with designing, implementing, and managing next-generation Service Management policies, processes, and solutions. The mission is to ensure appropriate controls and capabilities are in place to deliver stable and resilient technology services. The Service Now Engineer will develop the Service Now platform as defined by the product teams and guide the development team in solution design and implementation approaches that align with best practices.

Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to the Service Now platform roadmap and strategy.
* Develop and maintain the Service Now platform in alignment with the strategy.
* Enforce platform engineering and development standards.
* Review and evaluate demand for fit and alignment to products and identify complex features requiring additional due diligence.
* Provide input to and sign off on solution design for complex features.
* Adhere to Service Now code quality control processes and routines.

Required Qualifications
* Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Service Now development and engineering.
* Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
* Experience in Service Now cloud platforms, including designing and implementing products.
* Experience supporting software engineering, maximizing data processing systems, and building cloud-compatible services.
* Experience with continuous integration between Service Now modules and integrated applications.
* Experience in highly regulated IT lifecycle management, including system security and auditing.
* Experience building and managing IT solutions, including integrating multiple services in Service Now.
* Experience supporting Service Now integrations for security, risk, and compliance.
* Experience in Service Now platform management, data management, custom development, and infrastructure management.
* Experience leveraging MID servers for integration and automation.
* Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JS.
* Experience with custom REST/SOAP APIs (web services).
* Experience with Service Now Discovery and other Configuration Management Database (CMDB) population toolsets.
* Experience with CMDB design and implementation.
* Experience with ITIL Operations Application design and implementation (incident, problem, change, service request, etc.).
* Experience gathering and analyzing system requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
* Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
* Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD).
