Power Platform Engineer

Position Title: Sr. Power Platform Engineer

Duration: 6-12 months – possibility of extension or conversion

• Proven experience designing and developing low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
  - Power BI, CoPilot, Power Apps, AI Builder, Power Automate, etc.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Dataflows, Notebooks, Data Wrangler, etc.).
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• AI capacity:
  Integration with Microsoft stack, top preference CoPilot.
• Excellent Communication Skills

• Alteryx Platform experience.
• Experience working with HR/workforce data - the data sets they were with are in Workday.
• Prior experience leading development teams or mentoring engineers.
• Prior banking background
  - Wells Fargo, Bank of America, US Bank, etc.
• Background in data analytics and automation.

• Design, develop, and implement low-code applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Lead the scaling and optimization of low-code solutions for enterprise use.
• Mentor and upskill junior developers to support low-code and AI-driven solutions.
• Utilize AI tools such as MS CoPilot, ChatGPT, and Tachyon to enhance automation and efficiency.
• Work with HR and workforce data to develop tailored solutions that improve operational processes.
