Senior Service Now Software Engineer (Performance Analytics & UI Builder)
We are seeking a Senior Service Now Software Engineer for a contingent resource assignment supporting enterprise-scale initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Service Now platform development—particularly in Performance Analytics, UI Builder, and Stream Connect—and provide consultative leadership across complex, multi-faceted projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult on complex software engineering and Service Now initiatives with broad enterprise impact.
- Lead large-scale planning, design, and implementation efforts in Service Now across multiple domains.
- Review and analyze multi-layered technical challenges, identifying scalable and efficient solutions.
- Develop and enhance Service Now applications, components, and performance dashboards.
- Leverage Service Now Performance Analytics to create data-driven insights supporting business outcomes.
- Design custom UI Builder interfaces and experiences to optimize end-user engagement.
- Integrate third-party systems and data streams using Stream Connect and other Service Now integration tools.
- Ensure solutions align with organizational policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate strategically with client stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional technical teams.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, including hands-on Service Now development.
- Proven expertise in Service Now Performance Analytics, Service Now UI Builder, Stream Connect.
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, compliance, and ITIL/Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and consultative skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience with Service Now development and implementation in enterprise environments.
- Experience developing custom Service Now widgets, dashboards, and automation scripts.
- Background integrating Service Now with third-party tools and APIs.
- Advanced certifications such as CAD, CIS-Performance Analytics, or CIS-Application Developer.
