VMWare Engineer
Our client, a leading organization in financial industry and enterprise technology, is seeking a VMWare Engineer to join their dynamic team. As an Internal Cloud PaaS Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining cutting-edge cloud platforms that empower application teams to deploy and operate applications efficiently and securely. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for innovative cloud solutions.

Chandler, AZ (Local candidates only)
Pay Range:
Best in the Segment on W2
- Design, build, and support the Internal Cloud Platform as a Service (PaaS) based on VMware Tanzu Application Server (TAS)
- Ensure the TAS platform meets enterprise standards for availability, scalability, security, and developer experience
- Own the platform architecture, configuration standards, and engineering patterns for application deployment and operation
- Collaborate with automation, SRE, and operations teams to improve platform reliability and lifecycle management
- Support application onboarding, modernization, and integration within the PaaS environment
- 4-5 years of experience engineering or operating Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments
- Hands-on experience with Linux, application runtimes, and platform architecture
- Familiarity with VMware, virtualization concepts, and internal cloud platforms
- Experience supporting developer onboarding, CI/CD integration, and application runtime platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
