Head Coach - Girls Volleyball

Seton Catholic Preparatory High School is seeking a Girls Volleyball Head Coach for the upcoming season. We are excited to identify a strong leader who will continue to build on the tradition of our program while developing student‑athletes in alignment with Seton Catholic’s mission and core values.

We are looking to fill this position in the next few weeks in order to prepare for summer camps and open gyms, and to ensure a smooth transition into the upcoming season.

• Plan and lead practices, open gyms, summer camps, and game‑day preparation
• Coach and develop student‑athletes in volleyball skill, strategy, teamwork, and sportsmanship
• Oversee season planning, scheduling, and program communication
• Maintain team discipline and uphold school and athletic department policies
• Communicate effectively with parents, athletes, and school administration
• Ensure the safety, supervision, and well‑being of student‑athletes at all activities

• Prior volleyball coaching experience (high school or club preferred)
• Strong knowledge of volleyball fundamentals, training principles, and player development
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to the academic, personal, and spiritual growth of student‑athletes
• Ability to support and represent the mission of Seton Catholic Preparatory
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (required)
