Transportation Dispatch Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in logistics and distribution services, is seeking a USA - Department Specialist II to join their team. As a USA - Department Specialist II, you will be part of the Transportation and Distribution department supporting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

USA - Department Specialist II

$25- $27 an hour on W2

• Coordinate and optimize home patient delivery routes across multiple facilities and geographical locations.
• Analyze distribution data, perform cost analysis, and develop solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating transportation activities, including vacations and unplanned events.
• Audit freight bills, process property claims, and recommend carriers to ensure cost-effective transportation.
• Prepare and distribute daily paperwork for drivers and coordinate workflow with third-party logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of relevant distribution and transportation experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and multiple software tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, producing results in a dynamic environment.
