Field Operations Associate Autonomous Delivery

Job Description

8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (AM Shift)

3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (PM Shift)

5 days per week, 8-hour shifts

Nights, weekends, and holidays required

May rotate between shifts based on operational needs (two-week notice provided)

Two‑day paid training will be conducted in Mesa, AZ
.

• Safely drive and navigate efficient routes between multiple merchant partners using a company‑provided vehicle or e‑bike
• Securely load customer orders into autonomous delivery robots, ensuring packaging integrity and spill prevention
• Use proprietary mobile logistics software to locate robots, unlock cargo compartments, and update order status in real time
• Clean robot cargo compartments as needed
• Monitor robots for safe crossings in designated areas
• Assist with facility and asset cleaning, auditing, inventory, and other operational tasks during downtime
• Adhere to safety standards, driving policies, and operational procedures at all times

• Valid Driver’s License (required)
• Ability to support multiple locations throughout the Greater Phoenix Area
• Comfortable navigating the Phoenix metro area
• Ability to pass ongoing Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) checks
• Physical ability to stand, stoop, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods and operating micro‑mobility equipment (e-bike, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow structured schedules
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
