Oversee and coordinate unloading of inbound shipments, and the picking and staging of outbound shipments in accordance with SOPs.;
Mentor and train new and existing associates on distribution activities and current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).;
Verify inbound/outbound paperwork with drivers and ensure accurate counting; load orders according to the correct doors and trailers.;
Direct the warehouse work team to achieve productivity objectives and assist in scheduling and labor management.;
Maintain safety, quality, and housekeeping standards and participate in safety meetings.
