The shuttle driver is responsible for picking up and dropping off customers. This is an important job that directly contributes to the success of business operations.
** Required Education/Skills/Abilities
*** High school diploma or GED.
* 3 to 5 years driving experience, with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
* Ability to work outdoors and be physically active for extended periods of time.
* Ability to operate both standard and automatic vehicles.
* Must be friendly, courteous, and happy to be of service to others.
* Excellent Customer Service Skills.
* Must enjoy and excel in a team environment.
* Must be dedicated and reliable.
* Must have good situational awareness and always operate in a safe manner.
* Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.

** Summary/Objective
** The shuttle driver helps to ensure that our customers have a positive experience by safely and courteously driving them to and from their homes or workplaces.  
** Essential Functions
*** Shuttle customers to and from home or business.
* Pick up or deliver customer vehicles.
* Maintain the proper speed limit, obeying all traffic and motor vehicle laws.
* Drive no more than 10 mph when on dealership property.
* Must be observant at all times of other moving vehicles and pedestrian's, operating in a safe and courteous manner.
* Maintain vehicles in excellent condition by re-fueling and cleaning, and any routine maintenance needed.
* Performs all duties in a safe manner, immediately reporting any accidents, injuries or unsafe conditions to management.
* Shows when scheduled to work, on time, ready and able to perform essential job functions.
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures and practices.
* Perform other tasks as directed.
