Delivery Driver – $22.25/Hour | Four-Day Schedule

No Hudl is a Delivery Service Partner building a stable, safety-focused team with streamlined operations and dependable support. Drivers begin each day at 2550 North Nevada Street, Chandler, AZ 85225 and deliver throughout Chandler, Mesa, and Gilbert.

• $22.25 per hour
• Biweekly paychecks

• Full-time:
  Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Start at 10:30 a.m. and work until deliveries are complete
• Must work either Saturday or Sunday
• Flexible weekday scheduling

• Complete approximately 175 package delivery stops and 350+ packages daily
• Safely operate and inspect a company delivery van
• Deliver packages on time across rural and urban routes
• Enter and exit the van frequently while walking, bending, and climbing stairs
• Use a smartphone for GPS, package scanning, timekeeping, and team communication
• Follow all driving laws and company safety policies

• At least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license
• Comfortable handling packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working outdoors in Arizona heat and other weather conditions
• Must be willing to submit to employer-paid background and MVR checks
• Must be willing to submit to a 4-panel drug test, which does not include pre-employment marijuana testing
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and ready for a fast-paced route

Construction, landscaping, courier, package delivery, moving, and other active outdoor experience are a plus. Commercial driving experience is not required. Military veterans are encouraged to apply.
