Inventory Specialist
DIRECT HIRE
Location: Chandler, AZ
Pay: $22-$24/hour DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday

This organization operates in highly controlled environments where precision, organization, and reliability are key. What You'll Do:
• Receive, check, count, and properly put away incoming stock
• Pick and pack customer orders within agreed turnaround times
• Perform regular stock checks and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
• Utilize WMS/ERP systems to manage inventory and transactions
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse conditions
• Support deliveries to local customer sites when needed
• Handle company vehicles and equipment responsibly
• Proactively identify inventory discrepancies and implement solutions
• Assist cross-functional teams to ensure seamless goods in/out operations

What You Need to Have:
• Prior warehouse or inventory experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Experience using ERP/WMS systems
• Valid driver's license
The Musts:
• Reliable, hardworking, and positive attitude
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and operational procedures
• Excellent organizational skills
• Forklift certification and experience
• Experience with SAP
• Background in spare parts or technical inventory management
• Delivery or customer site support experience
