Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in a modern, light-product manufacturing warehouse (approx. 60,000 sq ft). The Warehouse Coordinator will focus on coordinating the daily activities of our picker/packers (typically 2 per shift), based on customer needs. This position is key to ensuring orders are filled accurately and shipments go out on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Distribute daily orders to picker/packers, ensure the correct picking sequence, and confirm order accuracy after picking.
  • Organize and cross-check outgoing shipments (UPS/Fed Ex/freight) with assistance from picker/packers.
  • Perform cycle counts and support daily inventory management tasks.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain smooth workflow.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience with inventory cycle counts.
  • Picking, packing, and general warehouse operations background.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain excellent attendance.
  • Respectful and able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
