Position SummaryThe General Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, scanning, labeling, moving, staging, replenishing, stacking product, as well as counting and inspecting product and notifying leadership of any damages or discrepancies. Associates are accountable for the safe and efficient operation of all equipment and will perform all duties as assigned.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Picking Responsibilities
- Accurately pick orders using a pallet jack, stage products, surface and ship as specified by Standard Operating Procedures.
- Quality Control Responsibilities
- Verify that products and orders meet quality standards, report damages or discrepancies, and handle documentation as required.
- Safety, Housekeeping & Compliance
- Execute all safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly work area, supporting facility security.
- Equipment Operation
- Operate a pallet jack and other equipment safely, maintain equipment, and report any problems.
- Other Duties
- Work overtime as required by business needs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Education and/or Experience
- Must have a high school diploma or General Education Development (GED).
- Must be able to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures ranging from mild to moderate.
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations
- Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Computer Skills – (details not specified).
- Language Skills – English (reading, writing, verbal).
- Mathematical Skills – Basic to intermediate level for verifying quantities and inventory.
- Other – Strong attention to detail, minimal supervision, adaptability to change and fast‑paced environment.
- Experience – 6 months working in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
- Certificates – Current or prior Material Handling Equipment (MHE) certification.
- Occasionally – Bending.
- Frequently – Walking and standing.
- Constantly – Ability to lift, carry and push/pull; reach above shoulder, reach outward, squat, or kneel.
Employees rarely are exposed to fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.

CompensationFor this position, the expected base pay range is $22.00 – $24.00 hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on job‑related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
