Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator – Chandler, AZ
Location:
675 E Queen Creek Rd, Chandler, AZ 85286
Shift: 7:00pm – Friday (Monday – Friday)
Starting Pay: $22.50 per hour

Qualifications:
- Ability to work overtime and extended hours as needed.
- Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
- Experience operating powered industrial equipment such as stand‑up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, or dock stockers preferred.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, work at heights up to 30 feet, and perform repetitive movements.
- Readiness to learn warehouse technology such as RF scanners or voice systems.
- Regular and reliable attendance, ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Commitment to safety policies and PPE requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and company safety procedures.
- Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations.
- Perform daily tasks using RF scanners, voice systems, or labor management systems.
- Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets, containers, and materials to maintain inventory integrity.
- Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety at all times following standard operating procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and support a team‑oriented work environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, participating in ongoing housekeeping efforts.
- Adhere to all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE and fall‑protection equipment when required.
- Participate in team meetings and communicate concerns or improvement opportunities to management.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs.
