Team Lead, Warehouse – Full time

• Lead and support a team of warehouse associates in daily operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping and inventory control.
• Assign work and monitor productivity, accuracy and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Load orders onto appropriate doors and trailers efficiently and accurately.
• Research and resolve discrepancies in the shipping and receiving process.
• Train new and existing associates on Standard Operating Procedures for shipping, receiving, picking and quality control.
• Provide on‑site training, coaching and feedback to team members.
• Assist with problem solving and elevate operational issues to the Supervisor or Manager as needed.
• Ensure proper use of equipment, PPE and adherence to safety policies.
• Perform regular quality and inventory checks to minimize errors and damage.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee engagement.
• Maintain clear communication between shifts and departments for smooth handoffs and workflow.

• High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
• Minimum one year of experience in logistics, distribution or a related environment.
• 2–3 years of forklift experience.
• Current or prior Material Handling Equipment (MHE) certification.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Able to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance.
• Adaptability to change and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

• Fluent in English (oral and written).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite:
  Excel, Outlook, Word.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems is a plus.

Work is generally sedentary with occasional standing, walking and lifting associated with everyday activities. Hours can be extensive and may be staggered for multi‑shift access.
