Location and ScheduleLocation:
675 E Queen Creek Rd, Chandler, AZ 85286
Shift: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm, Monday – Friday
Pay and Benefits- Starting Pay: $21.00 per hour

Pay Range: $15.00 – $38.31 per hour
Qualifications- Ability to work overtime and extended hours as needed
- Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred
- Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand‑up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers) preferred
- Ability to safely perform physically demanding work – lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for extended periods, working at heights up to 30 ft, and performing repetitive movements
- Experience with or willingness to learn warehouse technology such as RF scanners or voice systems
- Regular and reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Commitment to safety policies and PPE requirements
- Safely operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safety procedures
- Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations
- Perform daily tasks using RF scanners, voice systems, and/or labor management systems
- Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets, containers, and materials to maintain inventory integrity
- Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety at all times while following standard operating procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and support a team‑oriented work environment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, participating in ongoing housekeeping efforts
- Adhere to all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE and fall‑protection equipment when required
- Participate in team meetings and communicate concerns or improvement opportunities to management
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs
