This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for building financial structure, improving reporting visibility, and supporting leadership with meaningful insights tied to operational performance. The Controller will play a critical role in aligning finance and operations while helping the organization scale efficiently. • Lead day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure GAAP-compliant financial statements and reporting
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning processes
• Translate operational and production data into actionable financial insights to support decision‑making
• Establish reporting rhythms, KPIs, and financial visibility across departments
• Develop and maintain strong internal controls and support audit/compliance initiatives
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and system enhancements
• Support ERP and financial system optimization and potential implementation efforts
• Build and lead a scalable accounting and reporting function
• Partner with leadership and operational teams to improve financial and operational alignment

• Prior experience as a Controller or senior‑level finance/accounting leader required
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting operations
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance
• Proven ability to improve processes, systems, and reporting visibility
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience with ERP systems and financial tools preferred
• Industry experience in manufacturing, healthcare, dental, medical device, or other operational environments preferred
• CPA strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
