Front Desk Assistant (2 week temp coverage) Company Overview
A well-established organization is seeking a professional and dependable Front Desk Assistant to support daily office operations for a two week vacaion coverage and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced office environment.
Job Responsibilities- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Provide front desk reception and customer service support.
- Perform basic clerical and administrative tasks.
- Greet visitors and assist with general inquiries.
- Maintain professional and effective communication with customers and team members.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Professional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Pay: $20.00 per hour
- Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) - Work Location:
Onsite at Chanhassen offices - Dress Code:

Temporary contract assignment - Duration:
Two week coverage from Wednesday, July 15th through Thursday, July 30th
