Customer Experience Representative
We're seeking customer-focused professionals to deliver high-quality service and support across multiple programs. In this role, you'll assist customers via phone and correspondence, resolve inquiries, process account updates, and support retention through up-selling and cross-selling when appropriate.
What You'll Do- Handle inbound customer calls and written inquiries with professionalism
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Meet performance goals for quality, productivity, and attendance
- Process customer requests, documentation, and correspondence
- Use product knowledge to support retention and sales opportunities
- Associate's degree and 1-2 years of experience, or equivalent combination
- Prior call center or customer service experience preferred
- Background in sales and/or upselling
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Reliable, team-oriented, and motivated to learn
