We are a multi-location, growth-driven dental organization seeking a highly motivated, coachable, and production-oriented Associate Dentist who wants to thrive, not coast.

This opportunity is for a dentist who believes that increased production equals more lives changed, and who wants the systems, support, technology, and autonomy to reach their full potential—without sacrificing work-life balance.

We are seeking a thoroughbred clinician—someone who:

• Is energetic, growth-minded, and driven to improve
• Understands that productivity enables greater patient impact
• Wants to reach $800,000–$1,000,000+ in annual production within 1–3 years
• Either has a track record of strong production or a clear plan to get there
• Is open to traveling between Chanhassen, Arlington, and Glencoe as needed

This is not a “show up and collect a paycheck” role.

You’ll practice at the cutting edge with a full digital workflow, including:

• Intraoral scanning, DSLR photography, CBCT / 3D cone beam imaging
• CEREC same-day porcelain restorations
• Exocad, in-house lab mill, and photogrammetry
• Fotona hard & soft tissue lasers (130+ clinical applications)
• PRF for regenerative dentistry and enhanced healing
• Facial esthetics, airway, and sleep solutions

We are not a drill-and-fill practice.

Our foundation is:

• Oral-systemic and prevention-based care
• Salivary testing and advanced periodontal evaluation
• Team-guided conversations around patients’ dreams, confidence, and health

This approach drives higher case acceptance, better outcomes, and deeper fulfillment.

Great dentists need great systems—and we’ve built them.

• Heavy investment in external marketing and internal growth systems
• Strong referral, review, and reappointment workflows
• Extensive phone training for front office teams
• Patients who call are typically scheduled within 24–48 hours
• Schedules are intentionally kept full and optimized

You focus on diagnosing and treating—the systems support your success.

• No cherry-picking by owner doctors
• If you diagnose it and are comfortable treating it, it’s yours
• Minimum of two assistants, with potential for three
• Freedom to practice dentistry at the top of your license
