Electronics Technician

We are seeking an Electronics Technician to join a growing team that designs and manufactures advanced scientific and industrial instrumentation for customers worldwide. This role offers the opportunity to work on highly sophisticated electronic systems in a collaborative engineering and manufacturing environment.
In this position, you will support the assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of complex electronic equipment while partnering closely with engineers and fellow technicians to ensure high product quality and reliability.
Responsibilities- Assemble, wire, solder, and test electronic assemblies and circuit boards
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics at both the component and system level
- Conduct functional testing and verification of electronic assemblies
- Repair and rework electronic and electromechanical systems as needed
- Document test procedures, results, and corrective actions
- Assist with calibration, preventive maintenance, and equipment inspections
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to manufacturing, testing, and quality processes
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve technical issues
- Participate in special projects, customer support activities, and equipment installations as needed
- Certificate, Associate Degree, or equivalent experience in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field
- Strong understanding of electronics fundamentals and electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
- Hands‑on experience with soldering electronic components and circuit board assemblies
- Experience troubleshooting electronic systems at the component level
- Familiarity with test equipment such as:
- Oscilloscopes
- Digital multimeters
- Power supplies
- Signal generators
- Experience performing maintenance, repair, calibration, and testing of electronic equipment
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a technical manufacturing environment
- Experience supporting scientific, laboratory, industrial, semiconductor, medical device, aerospace, or other high‑tech equipment
- Experience with electromechanical assemblies and precision instrumentation
- Familiarity with quality systems and manufacturing best practices
