This is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Chanhassen, MN. The BCBA will be responsible for developing and supervising individualized treatment plans for children with autism and other developmental challenges. Daily tasks include conducting behavioral assessments, creating intervention programs, monitoring progress, providing training and support to caregivers, and collaborating with a team of therapists and families to ensure evidence-based and effective treatment.
The BCBA will also lead efforts in behavior management and contribute to ongoing program development to address the needs of individual children.
- Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices
- Experience with Behavior Management and Parent Education
- Background in Psychology and understanding of child developmental needs
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Ability to work well in a team and independently in an on-site setting
- Previous experience in EIDBI services or working with children with ASD is preferred
