The Electronics Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of electronic systems and equipment. This position involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of electronic devices, often requiring precise technical expertise and problem-solving skills. The technician will work closely with engineering and production teams to support product development, testing, and quality assurance processes. • High school diploma or equivalent with completion of an accredited electronics technician program or relevant technical training.
• Proven experience in electronics repair, maintenance, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of electronic theory, circuit design, and diagnostic techniques.
• Proficiency in using electronic testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

• Associate degree or higher in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience working with digital and analog systems, microcontrollers, and embedded systems.
• Familiarity with soldering techniques and surface-mount technology (SMT).
• Knowledge of safety standards.

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electronic equipment to ensure continuous operation.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in electronic circuits and components using specialized tools and testing equipment.
• Repair or replace defective parts, including circuit boards, wiring, and connectors, following technical manuals and schematics.
• Collaborate with engineers to assist in the installation, calibration, and testing of new electronic systems and prototypes.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately, maintaining logs and reports for compliance and future reference.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations during all repair and maintenance activities.
• Provide technical support and training to other staff members as needed.
