Position Summary
This role provides advanced technical support to a variety of technical situations within the enterprise. The role of A/V Field Services Coordinator involves design, implementation, and support of new and existing A/V systems at new facility openings, and all existing facilities. The A/V Field Services Coordinator will work with our A/V service contractors in the field to assist with troubleshooting, installations, and repairs as necessary.
Live Streaming Platform
This role provides advanced technical support of Life Time's Live Streaming Platform. The role of A/V Field Services Coordinator involves design, implementation, and support of new and existing A/V systems at new facility openings, and all existing facilities. The A/V Field Services Coordinator provides real-time support to club team members to ensure live-streamed events and fitness classes are delivered on time and with a high level of quality.
The A/V Field Services Coordinator will work with our A/V service contractors in the field to assist with troubleshooting, installations, and repairs as necessary.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
* Interacts with the Service Desk, construction team, management teams, end-users, development groups, and service providers to address issues escalating beyond A/V Level 1 Support
* Provides support-centric subject matter expertise on A/V systems, including Direc
TV, SMATV, Digital Signage, 70V, and 8ohm audio systems, and microphone systems
* Provides complex technical installation support to field technicians
* Reviews AV system installations for operational quality and ensure systems are functioning as designed and meet Life Time specifications and expectations
* Coordinates the implementation of enterprise hardware and software systems including planning, purchasing, installation, training, troubleshooting, and repair
* Works with internal teams and external service providers to troubleshoot solve A/V issues on site
* Creates support documentation for A/V systems including asset records, signal flow diagrams, rack-layouts, troubleshooting processes & work flows, and room designs
Position Requirements
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* 5 years of experience in the Audio / Visual industry
* Infocomm (CTS-D) - and or 5 years of experience
* Infocomm (CTS-I) - and or 5 years of experience
* Ability to read and distinguish architectural blueprints
* Self-motivated leader that can work independently on projects and tasks, as well as a team player working towards a common goal
* Ability to train cross functional teams in support procedures to deliver on service standards
* Flexible schedule (evening and weekend availability if necessary) and possible travel to different Life Time locations
Pay
This is an hourly position with wages starting at $26.00 and pays up to $34.50, based on experience and qualifications.
