IT Field Services Platform Administrator

This position will be responsible for setting up and maintaining systems and data configurations in regards to departments that utilize Info Genesis and related/integrated platforms. This position will also be level 4 IT support for those platforms.

• Sets up and maintains Point of Sale System (Info genesis) and configuration
• Sets up and maintains Mobile Ordering (Agilysys OnDemand)
• Sets up and maintains Label Printing (Date Code Genie)
• Interfaces with corporate and field staff triaging system issues to achieve KPIs
• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs to create system solutions that support overall business strategies
• Collaborates with outside vendors with System Upgrades, Implementations, etc.

• Analysis and communication with technical and non‑technical staff
• Ability to consolidate complex information and communicate to various levels of the organization
• Excellent organization skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Must have experience supporting Windows OS devices and Windows Servers in an enterprise environment

• Bachelor’s degree in related field

• 3-4+ years of experience in database application or IT support

• Experience Working with Restaurant POS Systems (Info Genesis) / System Configuration & Management
• Understanding of networking technologies.
• 2-3 years of Technical Project Management experience
• Experience with service level ticket management system (Service Now)
