Ledgent Technology is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide Level 1 IT support for employees, handling hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and network issues. The role is fully onsite in Chanhassen, MN, with a contract-to-hire path and a full-time W2 arrangement.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years in desktop support, strong Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge, and solid customer service skills. A valid driver's license and ability to commute to Twin Cities area are required.
