The Associate Business Systems Analyst is responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining business systems that support Frontier's energy efficiency programs. This role owns the translation of program and business requirements into implemented system behavior, ensuring data flows accurately across platforms, integrations function as intended, and solutions are tested, documented, and reliable in production environments. The Associate Business Systems Analyst works closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and developers as needed, while maintaining direct accountability for system configuration, testing, and ongoing system integrity.

• Gather,analyze,andinterpretbusiness,program,andtechnicalrequirementsandtranslatethemintoimplementedsystemsolutions.
• Analyzesystemissues,identifyrootcauses,anddeterminewhethersolutionscanberesolvedthroughconfigurationorrequireescalationtodevelopers.
• Partnerwithdeveloperswhencustomdevelopmentisrequiredbyprovidingclearfunctionalrequirements,validating solutions,andconfirmingexpectedoutcomes.
• LeadandcoordinateQA/QCand User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activitiestoensuresolutionsmeetrequirementspriortorelease.
• Serveasatechnicalpointofcontactforinternalteamsandexternalstakeholders,explainingsystembehavior,constraints,andtradeoffsclearly.
• Supportmultipleprojectsandsysteminitiativessimultaneouslywhiletrackingprogress,risks,and dependencies.

• High School Diplomaor GED(General Educational Development ) equivalent.
• Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskillswithattentiontodetail.
• Systemconfigurationandworkflowdesign
• QA/UATcoordinationandvalidation
• Strongdocumentationandprocessmapping

• Familiarity with Agileoriterativedeliverymethodologies.
• Experiencesupportingproductionsystemsforexternalclientsorregulatedprograms.
  
  Familiarity with Power Automate (Flow) andShare Point Online .
