Project Coordinator

• Manage end-to-end project coordination responsibilities, encompassing project documentation, setup, and reporting.
• Oversee project setup, including the creation of project folders.
• Collaborate on completing project tasks across various clients, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
• Document implementation processes such as project plans, milestones, and troubleshooting guides.
• Execute and manage invoicing efforts for each project based on the scope of work (SOW).
• Provide timely updates on project status reports focusing on schedules and deliverables.
• Conduct technical training sessions as required for project details.
• Identify areas for process, document, tool, and report improvements.
• Conduct pre-site calls with customer retail stores to confirm service appointments and site readiness.
• Communicate significant milestones, priorities, bottlenecks, and challenges that could impact project delivery.
• Participate in team and client meetings as necessary.
• Possess a working understanding of project scope and act as a resource for field technicians for basic troubleshooting.

• At least 1 year of customer service experience with the ability to work in a deadline driven environment!
• High School Diploma required

• Pay Rate: $23-24/hr.

  8am-5pm, Monday - Friday
