The Bernard Group is looking for an enthusiastic Digital Press Operator to join our Large Format team. You’ll be part of a talented production group that collaborates to deliver world‑class products to our customers.
Shifts available: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Sunday through Tuesday OR Wednesday through Friday (Three 12‑hour shifts with a rotating schedule every 4 months.)
Qualifications and RequirementsTraits that will help land the job:
- a high school diploma or GED
- previous work experience in printing, print operations, cutting, or machine operations a plus but not required
- the ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
Must have:
- pay close attention to details on every project
- have basic computer skills
- be self‑motivated, a fast learner, and show initiative to seek out customer and corporate needs
- plan, prioritize, coordinate, and manage your own work
- have the ability to work independently, make decisions and solve moderate‑level problems independently, effectively and creatively

- operate printing machines to create printed materials to customer specifications
- perform Quality Control (QC) procedures to meet company standards
- perform maintenance of print devices and equipment
- perform preventative maintenance and cleaning of machines at the beginning of each shift
- collaborate on large projects with other department team members
- be part of a forward‑thinking fast‑paced team of dedicated owner‑operators
$44,460 – $51,854 (base pay) – does not include additional compensation such as shift differentials. This range reflects our good‑faith assessment of our hiring range for this role based on market conditions, experience level, and internal equity considerations.
