Full-time position for a Sheetfed Press Assistant in a 12‑hour rotating day shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM).

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Week 2:
Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday.

• Army MOS: 83F – Printing and Bindery Specialist

• Shift: 12‑hour day shift – rotating
• Compensation: USD 38,605 – USD 58,219 per year

• Prepares the press for a run by verifying job specs and setting up the press accordingly.
• Inspects the fountain solution, inking systems, rolls of paper, and related mechanisms.
• Maintains proper inventory of paper, records usage and spoilage on SPC report.
• Ensures that the roll of paper is properly unwrapped, mounted and ready to be spliced.
• Monitors the flow of paper throughout the run and prepares/installs new rolls as needed.
• Works in conjunction with press operators and other Press Assistants in preventative maintenance.
• Assists maintenance personnel in troubleshooting and repairing the press.
• May assist with make‑readies.
• May adjust ink, solvent, and varnish to maintain proper color per location requirements.
• Adheres to and promotes all safety policies and procedures, including hazardous waste handling, lock‑out‑tag‑out, hearing and eye protection.
• Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
• All Solution Delivery employees must follow the documented processes defined in the ISO Quality Manual.

• Previous experience in a printing environment preferred.
• Some experience operating various hand tools preferred.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.

• Hourly pay range: $18.56 to $27.99 per hour.
• Base salary plus potential overtime, shift differential, call‑in, and stand‑by pay.
